People above

You the one who have a common walk like all other people in the world, but so it happened that those people above you are people of different and rather noisy walk. They are stamping and pattering all day long and it seems like they are about two hundreds kilograms of weight and they are the heaviest people in the world and for some reason they have to be your neighbors from above. And the most terrible thing about these people is that there is nothing you can do because you can’t yell at people for reason of their heavy walk. And all you can to is just calm down with that noise or use something to make this noise gone, for example stuff your fingers into your ears. They are your neighbors and they are people above you and that is the greatest problem, especially when you feel like sleeping and they feel like having a party. You can call them and ask them go to the bed, but they will barely listen to you. And you can call police, but only in case it is after eleven p.m. but if it is not – there is also nothing you can do with the whole stuff.

Those who have nothing to do

There are people who live next to you and they are the same working people with you, they have a work to do and they have friends to see and people to meet and they are actually very busy with their lives and so they never care about lives of other people. They come home in order to have a rest and they have it and it is only rest they really care about. But,. There are neighbors of different kind and those are people who have nothing interesting in their lives. They are people who have n world to do and they have no friends to meet and they have no meetings and they are not busy with their lives at all. And the only things left them to do are spying. They spy their neighbors and they care even about the tiniest details of their lives. They are interested at everything that is going on behind their walls, they always care about everything you do or say r whatever. They are actually rather annoying people because when they are next you, you feel like you are stranger in your life. Terrible people they are.

Neighbors and repairs

Early Saturday morning (it has not yet been eight), we woke up from the terrible sounds of the punch, drill and yet something with walls vibrated. It neighbors the bottom repairs done...and we had plans to rest. Politely asked neighbors not to make noise, they responded brutally, but we have decided to assert their rights. They had, however, is not easy, but the result was worth. In general, the first call to the police, there is, as usual, promised to come, but somehow safely forgotten about his promise. 
Call - recalled. Once again, promise. We are waiting. None. Call the district office and then offer to take action. The situation repeats itself - expect will soon arrive. In general - then realize that no one will come, but decides not to keep it so. We continue to call and explain that if measures are not taken - will apply to the services responsible for internal investigations (I could not quite correctly pointed out the name). Result: police arrived, warned that if not stopped - will come again, confiscate all the tools write fine and at the same time take the job. 
And what do you think it cost just to leave a police car - the neighbors have started again! We had to call again. In short: all taken to the station, which caught on throughout the staircase, tools and seized on Sunday, we calmly rest the first time in the last 1.5 months. Yes, I have to say that the first few weeks, we politely asked them to stop work at least for a couple of hours to sleep quietly. 
In the event of conflict with neighbors, if your actions do not violate the law - you re-negotiated or your business does not create inconvenience to residents - you have the right to defend their legitimate interests until the filing in court for causing moral and material damage to neighbors' trouble.
